In the late 1980s, Michele became a first-time mom and quickly learned how overwhelming breastfeeding could feel with little support available at the time. That experience inspired her to become a Registered Nurse specializing in postpartum mom-and-baby care, where she spent years helping new mothers through the same journey.

Years later, when her daughter Sahar became a mom herself, she leaned on her mother’s knowledge and experience—but still found breastfeeding to be far from easy, especially with the constant worry about milk supply. Together, they searched for lactation products that actually worked and tasted good, but kept coming up disappointed.

So they went into the kitchen and created their own: nourishing lactation treats made with natural ingredients that support milk production while tasting like a warm, comforting dessert.
